Lakshmi Rai turns down Bollywood offer
As of now Lakshmi Rai seems to be in no mood for doing Bollywood films.
A renowned project ‘Bhindi Bazaar’ of Ankush Bhatt was offered to the diva but she refused to do the film. She clarified the rumors doing rounds that she has already signed Ankush’s film. She talked to a tabloid and refused any such plans.
She clarified that she was though approached for the movie and the script been given to her to read, but she had refused to do the movie. She reasons that she wants to make it big in the tinsel town and ‘Bhindi Bazaar’ is not the right choice for her.
She feels that her first Bollywood venture should be the best and she is not hurry. So she has opted to wait than to haste. She has hence opted out of the film.
These days the actress is busy shooting with the Kannada version of Kanchana (Muni) starring Upendra in addition to a Telugu movie Adhinayakadu opposite Balakrishna.
