Lakshmi Rai has commented that she will be careful in selecting her new movies.

Speaking to media she said that when she entered the cinema industry she accepted all sorts of movies. But now she wants to do only selected roles which she finds are important to her.
Lakshmi Rai is extremely busy now a days, she is acting in 3 Malayalam films, 2 Kannada films and 1 Telugu film.
she also said that she has strong faith in God and hard work.
